What are the different roles the MD of the company often plays? What has been the biggest challenge?As a Founder and Managing Director I vest my focus on major rules of Operations and Customer Support. With new business development, the whole purpose is to learn all the recent current operations and to enhance our business into multiple verticals and multiple locations also. One of the early challenges I faced is that I was not having experience in Solar industry. I had pursued engineering in mining. Hence, solar technology and solar products manufacturing have been new for me. We worked continuously by putting smart manpower into our operations and following ISO standards at our factory. To fill this cataclysmic void, he founded a state-of-the-art technology firm specializing in complete solar solutions.
The idea was to set up a production facility capable of manufacturing the best-in-class solar PV modules and satiate the ever-growing energy demand via eco-friendly means, thus playing a significant role in the rapidly growing solar industry. Solarium’s production facility is equipped with the finest solar cell tabber and stringer, laminator, and QC equipment, designed to manufacture high-quality Solar PV Modules as per internationally recognized standards.

However,there is a serious lack of quality control at the raw material level, because the market is driven by foreign manufacturers, wherein 80 percent of the PV modules the system’s linchpin, are imported mostly from China.
